POST PRODUCTION AND VIDEO EDITING

The final editing stage of video production has undergone somewhat of a revolution in the last twenty years or so. In 1994, only 15% of the people who worked on the average Hollywood movie worked in postproduction. Fast forward twenty or so years and this has now grown to over 40%.

The postproduction process refers to all the different tasks associated with cutting raw footage, assembling the footage, adding any music, or dubbing that might be required, just to name a few.

ADDING EXTRA SPARK TO THE VIDEO

As mentioned, the postproduction stage of video editing is the point at which you bring everything together. You can also incorporate any additional elements that you would like and it’s at this point that you can really start to bring your video to life and start to see the final product take shape.

TELL THE COMPLETE STORY

Adding those extra, final elements to your video is never too late. After the initial phase of postproduction and video editing, and once you have viewed it, you may decide to incorporate some new graphics or to add some new animation to highlight a product or service.

Whatever these need to be, we should emphasise that additions and changes to the video are no problem.
